Immunizations

Proof of immunization or an exception form must be provided prior to the child attending their first day of school.


Withdrawal Policy

If your child/children are withdrawn from Pine Lake Co-op Preschool, the registration fee is non-refundable. May 2025 tuition and September 2024 half month tuition are due at the spring organizational meeting. If you withdraw after the spring organizational meeting, the May 2025 tuition will not be returned.  September half month tuition will only be returned if written notice of withdrawal is submitted before the fall orientation meeting in September. Once the school year has begun, thirty (30) days written notice of withdrawal is required and all tuition must be paid through the 30 day notice period. Any advanced tuition paid is returned only if the your spot has been filled. 


Non-Discriminatory Policy

Pine Lake Co-op Preschool does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or national origin in any facet of its educational programs, policies or scholarships. 


COVID Policy

Generally, we follow public health, Bellevue College, and Organization of Parent Education Programs (OPEP) policies. All COVID policies and procedures are subject to change with updates from authorities.

Anyone who is sick must stay home. Anyone with known exposure to COVID is expected to follow guidelines provided by authorities.

Frequent cleaning/sanitizing/hand-washing routines are in place.

ALL adults who work in the classroom are enrolled with Bellevue College in the parent education program and MUST be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination as part of the enrollment process.

We have two air purifiers in our classroom and spend ample time outside each preschool day.

We no longer require that masks (N95s or KN95s) be worn indoors, though anyone may wear masks for their own and others’ protection.
