To Register for the 2017/18 School Year

To register, please download our registration form and tuition contract and send it to the registrar with your registration fee. You can submit the form and fee in person, at our open house, or via mail.

Tuition & Registration Schedule 2017/18

3’s Class

  • Non-refundable registration fee of $75 due at registration.
  • Estimated monthly tuition: $120*, due at monthly parent education meeting (September tuition is $60). September 2017 and May 2018 tuition ($180) will be due at the spring organizational meeting.

4’s Class

  • Non-refundable registration fee of $75 due at registration.
  • Estimated monthly tuition: $190*, due at monthly parent education meeting (September tuition is $95). September 2017 and May 2018 tuition ($285) will be due at the spring organizational meeting.

Pre-K Class

  • Non-refundable registration fee of $75 due at registration.
  • Estimated monthly tuition: $290*, due at monthly parent education meeting (September tuition is $147.50). September 2017 and May 2018 tuition ($442.50) will be due at the spring organizational meeting.

Arts & Sciences Lab

  • Non-refundable registration fee of $37.50 per session. Current students of PLCP do not pay additional registration fee for Lab.
  • Tuition per 5-month session: $300*, due prior to beginning each session.

Cleaning Fee

A one-time, non-refundable, $65 cleaning fee*, shall be payable for each student at the fall orientation meeting.

Refund Policy

If you withdraw from Pine Lake Co-op Preschool, the registration fee is non-refundable. May 2018 tuition, September 2017 tuition are due at the spring organizational meeting. If you withdraw after the spring organizational meeting, the May 2018 tuition will not be refunded.  September tuition will only be refunded if written notice of withdrawal is submitted before the fall orientation meeting. Once the school year has begun, thirty (30) days written notice of withdrawal is required and all tuition must be paid through the 30 day notice period   Any advanced tuition paid is reimbursed only if the your spot has been filled.

Immunizations

Proof of immunization or an exception form must be provided prior to the child attending their first day of school.
